50 Sit-ups
35 Thrusters, men - 75 lbs; women - 45 lbs
20 Pull-ups

Followed with snatch practice

yeah, im pretty sure my time sucked. Those thrusters are a pain. Got 25:28...but if the jackass doing the dual cable bicep curls wasn't in my way for my last set of pull ups it would have been under 25
