1.5 pood Kettlebell swing, 21 reps
95 pound Thruster, 21 reps
21 Pull-ups

G'morning fellas, you're going to have fun with this wod...it really sucked. then again, not having a fan or air conditioning didn't help at all, i prob would have done 5 minutes faster if wasn't literally raining sweat..but no excuses

hey guys,
i hiked this gorgeous part of the great wall with a bunch of my classmates and managed to get a handstand picture! i'll post it on facebook so greg can grab it. it actually ended up being a great work out, because so many sections were very steep for several hundred feet. so i'm counting the great wall as my wod for today. have fun with the one today.

I'm still off the crossfit calendar by a day so I again started on a rest day. I did Lynne today and actually got one of my classmates to try it out. I think he was rather humbled.
