Catch, Drive, Finish, Recovery

Back from the rowing event at Concept 2 in VT over the weekend . How appropriate that todays WOD is

Row 2000 meters.
We might even do this with proper technique:)

I'd like to thank everyone at C2 for the great weekend. You guys went above and beyond all expectations.
Peter,Dick,Angela,Greg,Tracy ,thank you all.

We also had the opportunity to meet some other affiliate owners and crossfitters,great bunch of people.

so the 2000m time was 7:53
Sure it can be much better, but not after this weekend.
After that I went out side and started to do HSPU after the first two sets decided to go for 45 the sets were
8-7-3-5-4-5-4-5-3-1 Next time I'll think to time them
