Hello from Beijing, China and good morning to you guys! It's 7:09 pm on Monday night and I just finished my first day of classes. Fortunately the university I'm staying at has a gym with barbells and a pullup bar so I'm set. Almost took 2 weeks off so I did Grace today to get myself back in gear

So I had to do my first workout at DCC's gym. Sicne I didn't bring my running shoes, I did my own workout.
